Refund Policy

At Savori, we understand that sometimes plans change. Because each of our grazing experiences is custom-prepared, we kindly ask that you review our refund and cancellation policy below before booking.
Cart Reservation Fee

All bookings require a non-refundable $250 cart reservation fee to secure your event date and cover setup, delivery, and exclusive use of the Savori cart.

This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling.
Event Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event:
Any additional payments beyond the $250 reservation fee may be eligible for a 50% refund. -
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event:
All payments are non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and perishable food sourcing involved.
Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date depending on availability.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 14 days in advance. The $250 reservation fee will be transferred to the new date.
Weather & Outdoor Events

Clients are responsible for providing appropriate weather protection for outdoor events.

Savori is not liable for weather-related cancellations or disruptions, and refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
Allergies & Dietary Preferences

While we strive to accommodate dietary requests, allergens are present in our workspace, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Refunds are not issued for dietary-related concerns unless previously discussed and confirmed in writing.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, illness, government restrictions), Savori reserves the right to cancel services. In such cases, we will offer a full refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable reservation fee or reschedule your event.
