Welcome to Savori. By accessing or using our website (www.savoriboisecom) and/or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Savori provides grazing board and charcuterie cart services for events and gatherings. All content, images, logos, and materials on this site are owned by Savori and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable $250 cart reservation fee is required to secure your event date. This fee covers delivery, setup, and exclusive use of the Savori cart.

  • The remaining balance (based on your selected grazing package and guest count) is due [X days] prior to your event date.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund of any additional payments made beyond the reservation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Savori takes food allergies seriously but cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, or others. It is the client's responsibility to communicate any dietary needs or restrictions in advance.

5. Weather & Outdoors

For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing appropriate cover or alternative indoor arrangements in case of inclement weather. Savori is not liable for weather-related issues that affect food service or setup.​

6. Limitation & Liability

Savori is not liable for:

  • Any injury, illness, or allergic reaction resulting from consumption of food items.

  • Damages or losses occurring at your event.

  • Third-party vendor issues outside of our control.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or services will only be used to fulfill orders, bookings, and client communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Website Use

By using this site, you agree not to misuse the content, images, or functionality. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
